Processing Time:
Orders placed by 3PM on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping option. Enjoy free next day shipping on orders over 350$.

Delivery Times:

  • Next Day Shipping via FedEx: Orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day if placed by the cutoff time.
  • Saturday Delivery: Available for select areas at an additional fee.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For orders outside this area, please contact us for potential options.


Return Policy

Freshness Guarantee:
We are committed to delivering the highest quality caviar. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.

Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on caviar. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to process your claim.

Refunds:
Refunds will be considered only for verified damaged or incorrect items. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days after approval.
